Those who had delusions of grandeur or hubris in their grand plans end up here. They are tortured by unfathomable horrors and incomprehensible entities that leave their minds broken. The plane is ruled by the [[Archdevils|Archdevil]] [[Xislanyx]] and the [[Demon Lords|Demon Lord]] [[Xalthalok]].
