Austenhalt is ruled from Crestenhall, home of the prestigious Maghausen Academy. **Goldmane** The County of Goldmane is ruled by Count Ambrose, the second eldest son of Duchess Vivienne. Goldmane is ruled from Belvedere, the southernmost major city in Séllur.
