The Golden Sands were the premier adventuring party in “The Languishing Sands” campaign. They impacted [[Efferant Wastes]] politically by helpingGeneral [[Saladin Qutb]] defeat the [[Senatorial Faction]], ending the [[Effranian Civil War]].  They are most famous for freeing The Wastes from the decade long plagues that ravaged The Wastes. With the help of their allies, they defeated [[Salvation]] and [[The Rotten Hand]], thereby eradicating the plagues from The Wastes and freeing the sands from their fate. This battle is now celebrated across The Wastes with [[Glittering Festival]]. In acknowledgement of their accomplishments, they were invited to the [[All-Star League]].
