Carrier doves are a primary method of communication in [[Anatha]]. They are small silvery-white birds that carry around letters and scrolls across the continent. Since magic users aren't very common in Anatha, ordinary people often send their day-to-day messages using carrier doves. Carrier doves are an exceptionally good method of communication due to [[Rumjir]]. All you have to do to ensure that your dove will always find its destination is give a small offering (usually one gold coin) to Rumjir. Just flip the coin in the air and say "O' Rumjir, guide the path". Carrier doves traveling under the protection of Rumjir are quick, untrackable, and almost always successful in deliveries. It is considered a great offense to shoot down a carrier dove, and doing so could incur the wrath of Rumjir.
